The Run for Life Project

Run for Life grew into a global challenge inspiring people to test their limits. Participants ran, cycled, swam, or moved in any way to collectively cover 500,000 km in just six months—all while raising support for children in need.

The project was born from my own journey: from struggling to finish 5 km to completing multiple ultra-marathons, including a 12-hour run of 83 km. Run for Life built a worldwide community united by resilience and purpose. It also inspired my book Life of the Run, which captures the powerful stories of participants from across the globe.
